Global Rail Tenders is a comprehensive database of international railway tenders, bids, RFPs, contracts and projects from railways, transit authorities and other related organizations and publications displaying tenders around the world. Global Rail Tenders offers paid subscribers the ability to search for railway tenders, RFPs, contracts, and projects according to product category (rolling stock, track, signaling, components, etc), region of the world, country, tender publishing or closing date, or keyword.

What are the sources of tenders?
The sources of Global Rail Tenders include railways, transit authorities and other related organizations and publications from around the world.

How frequently is the information about tenders updated?
Information is updated on a real-time basis as new tenders are published.

Do I have to subscribe to access the tenders data?
To access the complete tenders data available, you must subscribe to Global Rail Tenders. Please visit our subscription page for more information.

What language is the information displayed in?
The website is in English, and the initial summary of the tender is in English, but where the tender is published in another language this will have been translated automatically into English. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the translation. The actual tender, which is accessed via the TI reference number, is displayed in its original language together with an automated translation into English. Subscribers will need to undertake their own translation in order to respond to the tender.

What type of searches can I do on Global Rail Tenders?
You can search for railway tenders, RFPs, contracts, and projects according to product category (rolling stock, track, signaling, components, etc), region of the world, country, tender publishing or closing date, or keyword.

Can I access additional tender documents?
The availability of tender documents relate to what the tendering authority supplies. For the majority of tenders in our database, you can click on the link next to “see full tender” on the Tender Details page for additional project details.

Can I get tender, project, contract, procurement news and profiles information by email?
Yes, one of the benefits of subscribing to Global Rail Tenders is the ability to set up a daily email alert tailored to your specifications. Visit our email alerts page to create or update an email alert based on the information you would like to receive.

I am a first time visitor. How do I get started?
You can try a free sample search on Global Rail Tenders.  To perform full searches, you must sign up for subscription to Global Rail Tenders.

How can I create a new account?
To create a new account, you must subscribe to Global Rail Tenders. Please visit our subscription page for more information. 

I forgot my username. How do I retrieve it?
To receive a reminder of your username, go to our username recovery page and enter the email address associated with your Global Rail Tenders account. We’ll email your username to you.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
Visit our password reset page, and enter the email address associated with your Global Rail Tenders account. You will receive an email with a verification code to reset your password.

How can I change my username or the email address associated with my account?
Login and visit your account dashboard. Click on the “My Account Information” icon to access your account information. Update your username and/or email address. Click the “save” button to finalize changes.

How can I get immediate help on other technical issues?

How can I update my billing address?
Login and visit your account dashboard. Click on the “Billing Information” icon to access your current billing address. Update your address and click the “save” button to finalize changes.

How can view my billing history?
Login and visit your account dashboard. Click on the “Billing History” icon to view your past orders.

How can I see when my subscription expires?
Login and visit your account dashboard. Click on the “Membership Information” icon to see remaining days on your subscription plan. You may also view your start date and expiration date in the "Membership Information" dashboard.

How can I make updates to my subscription type (change renewal type or subscription length)?
Login and visit your account dashboard. Click on the “Renew Membership” icon to change your “Renewal Preference” or “Membership Option.” Click the “save” button to finalize changes.
